Your applications will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires additional cost, a fee may be requested according to the fee tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Rights of the Data Subject
According to Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request correction, deletion, or destruction of your data. You also have the right to inquire whether the processing activity is in accordance with its purpose and to learn about third parties to whom your data has not been transferred.
